Q: What should my workout week look like?

A:

To lose those pregnancy pounds, the more exercise the better! If you're not doing much now, start slowly and ramp up. Try to build to 4 days of cardio (bring your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes each time) and 2 days of weight training.

The cardio will help you burn fat right away. The weight training will help you build muscles which will burn more fat for you even while you're resting.
