Q: I've eaten too much. Now what?
A:
When we splurge at a party or stay up too late with a bag of chips, what can we do to make up for the calories we've eaten?
1. Add an extra workout into your week. Wake up earlier than usual one day this week and run around the block, go to the gym or work out at home with a video.
2. Cut out drinks other than water. If you need to have that cup of joe to get going, cut down on the sugar and use nonfat milk.
3. Exercise portion control and eat slowly. Pace yourself!
